Highly successful and growing rapidly, we are seeking a total of 2 full-time Maintenance/ Turn Technicians to work at one of our newly renovated Apartments in Mt. Washington or our Amelia location. To perform routine, preventative, apartment turnover, and emergency repairs in our apartment community. Maintenance or “handyman” experience is required, with apartment maintenance experience a plus and certifications desired but not required (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT), North American Technician Excellence (NATE), HVAC certification, etc.).
