PRESSURE WASHER / Independent Contractor We are a landscape company that also offers pressure washing services throughout the Eastside communities for our high-end clients in areas such as Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, and more.... This year we will be hiring independent contractors to handle our pressure washing jobs so we can focus on our landscape customers. Job Requirements • Must be hard working, disciplined, and willing to work when the weather isn't perfect (we work in the rain!) • Must be dependable, and punctual – when we schedule work we need to know the work will get done, and that it will get done on time. • Must have your own equipment. You will be working on your own, with your own equipment. • Must be able to speak fluent English. Compensation The type of pressure washing services that we advertise include walkways, sidewalks, wood decks, brick, patios, docks, siding, driveways and basically anything that can be reached from the ground. We don’t do roofs. Our job is to get the work for you. We will average 3-4 jobs per day and we will pay 40% of what we charge for the job to you, so you won’t have to worry about getting the work. Marketing and getting the jobs is what we do best. All you have to do is show up on time, with your equipment, and get the job done. p.s. We also have positions open on our landscape crews!
