Extremely busy and growing local restoration company is seeking full-time service technicians to perform all aspects of Water/Fire Damage Restoration in both residential and commercial properties. While experience is not mandatory and we are willing to train the right candidate: priority and preference will be given to individuals with industry experience. Responsibilities and Duties Be a responsible, accountable full-time employee with a team mentality and "can-do" attitude Being available for on-call shifts (nights and weekends) as we are a 365/24/7 emergency services company Perform all aspects of fire and water damage mitigation restoration services Provide excellent customer service Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment Qualifications and Skills Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred High school diploma/GED IICRC certifications preferred (**Candidates with IICRC certification will be given priority consideration) Ability to successfully pass a background and drug screen Construction and/or demolition experience Valid drivers license Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Extremely competitive and based on experience Benefits after 90 days
