Tree Pros, Inc is a full-service tree care company located in Denver, Colorado. We service residential and commercial customers. We are currently accepting applications for arborists, climbers, ground personnel, and certified applicators. The level of experience doesn't matter as much as a strong work ethic, honesty, and a passion for excellence. Ground helper: Drivers license, physically fit, clean appearance, will train, ability to follow direction from crew leader, desire to learn a new profession. Chance for advancement and to learn a new profession. Pay: $17 - 20 per hour Weekly Pay You are paid for an 8-hour day, even if you only work 6. As long as your daily quota is met, you get paid for a full day, if you bring in more than your daily quota, you get a percentage of the additional revenue. This unique pay system gives our employees incentive to work at a quicker pace, and the result is shorter workdays. An average week at Tree Pros is about 35 hours, but you get paid for 40. Even in the winter when we only work about 30 hours per 5-day week, you get paid for 40 hours. Our employees are happier and have more time outside of work because of this unique pay program. Saturday work is voluntary. New hires are eligible after the first 90 days.
