Victor Excavating and Landscape is seeking motivated heavy equipment operators to join our team. An equipment operator is responsible for the daily operations of a variety of heavy equipment including but not limited to the following: excavators, bulldozers, etc. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment • Understands, interprets and follows directions from supervisors • Experience with rough and finish grading with a dozer • Understands grades and able to interpret site plans • Able to work independently as well as with others to complete daily activities according to work schedule Requirements: • 3 year experience of heavy equipment operation • Valid driver’s license • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Complete tasks by safely and efficiently operating and maintaining equipment • Team player, able to get along with a diverse group of people • Dependability is a must Benefits: Health, vision, dental, vacation, paid holidays, 401K, overtime opportunities
