Smoke Shop / Convenience store clerk needed

A 24 hour convenience store and smoke shop is looking for a couple of full time store clerks / sales associates for shifts between 6am and midnight. We are flexible with scheduling and can work with almost any schedule you might need. A solid work ethic, trustworthiness, and reliability are a must for this position. Previous retail or warehouse/customer service are helpful as well as a good personality that can upsell merchandise and get the customer exactly what they need. Primary job responsibilities include the following: 1. Assisting customers with purchases and any questions they may have. (Knowledge of Smoking products and accessories is nice but not required) 2. Ensure the store is stocked at all times and any merchandise brought in is stocked on the shelves for sale. 3. Keep the store clean throughout your shift, both through a cleaning schedule and just getting stuff cleaned that needs it. 4. Reliability and being on time is an ABSOLUTE must. If you have stuff come up that can be scheduled around that's fine. If you don't like working hard, doing the right thing, providing outstanding customer service and being reliable and trustworthy then this position isn't for you. At this time we have converted the store for take-out and do all of our sales out the window to maintain safety during the pandemic. Ample masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are provided to help keep everyone safe. Please include two references from previous supervisors that may be verified if we feel the need.
