We have a small repair type business, looking for someone skilled in light carpentry, painting, sheetrock repair, installing doors and windows, etc. Most of our work is in occupied homes, so the job requires you to have a neat appearance and a respectful manner. You will need hand tools only. Looking for someone that would like to work about 20 to 30 hours per week, semi-retired is ok as long as you are healthy.
