Nanny/babysitter wanted.

We have 4 elementary children (4, 6, 10, 11) and need to hire a summer nanny. Its quite a few kids but everyone is out of diapers. Dad typically works 730-430 and Mom works 3/4 time in a retail type store. So its a bit of an odd schedule but hopefully it can work for you. Most shifts would be 930 am to 5 pm or noon to 5 pm but once in a while it would be 730 am to 5 pm. Typically care is needed 3-4 days per week. This schedule is typically known a month in advance. We are open to caretakers who can work only certain days a week. Start date is June 7 until Aug 17 but could be flexible as well. Ideally this would be someone who loves the outdoors, can be pretty firm/strict, and has experience managing several kids. We try to get the kids to be as independent as possible. For example preparing most of their own food and cleaning up. Obviously they often need help and to be reminded so someone who can keep them motivated is ideal. This would be in our home near Hilldale mall on the west side of Madison. We are on several bus lines and we have plenty of parking.
