Duties: -Assist Crew leader accomplishing assigned tasks -Work as team player of landscape construction crew on construction projects -Must be willing to learn all aspects of landscape installation -Install of hardscapes such as paver patios, pergolas, retaining walls, and driveways decks, fences, fire pits, outdoor structures, plantings, irrigation systems, and lawns REQUIREMENTS: - Some construction or landscape experience - Ability to pass a background check - Available 40+ hrs per week - You have a GREAT positive attitude, can handle stress, and can communicate clearly. Again, You have a great attitude! - Some knowledge on how to install pavers, irrigation, plants, etc is a plus - Experience operating a truck, dump trailer, skid steer, mini excavator, etc.. -Good initiative, attitude, appearance and attendance are a necessity. -Lift 50 pounds or more at all times
