ISO studio/garage space for lathe and workshops

Hello, I’m a 26 year old wood turner, and I’m looking for a small studio or garage space around $100/month. I have 3 mini lathes - 1 jet and 2 harbor freight. 7 amps. I turn small things, like spinning tops, pens, peppermills, necklaces, and goblets. Important - I’ve started teaching pen turning workshops with 1-2 students, so I’d need the space to accommodate that. Storage for extra wood and finished products would be nice, but not necessary, as I can keep that at my house. If anyone is interested in sharing a studio, I’d be interested in splitting the rent.
