As part of its vineyard team, Flag Hill Distillery & Winery in Lee, NH is looking for seasonal help in the vineyard from late March/early April through the end of October. Start and end date may vary depending on the weather. Full season crew work will primarily be during the week 40hr, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Work will primarily be in the vineyard, however depending on weather other work will include landscaping, property maintenance, on the bottling line, and labeling products. As well we have opportunities for individuals that may be retired but looking for some more occasional work one or two days a week preforming pruning March-April and canopy maintenance May-July. Enjoying working outdoors, a pleasant personality and strong teamwork skills are a must. Previous vineyard experience is not necessary, however general farm experience and experience landscaping (mowing/weed whacking) is a plus. Compensation based on previous experience; general base pay will be $12/hr. Please respond only to this ad if you are interested and please include your resume and 3 references.
