Successful seacoast mitigation company is seeking organized, knowledgeable, customer service, and detail oriented individuals who are interested in learning a new trade. Our laborers/technicians are key to the success of our company as they are the ones physically interacting with our customers each day. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys helping others and prefers to be out in the field rather than at a desk! Laborers/Techs: Job will entail equipment set up and take down, structural demolition, moving of contents and equipment, water and fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and content work.   Cleaners: Job will entail water and fire damage cleanup, general cleaning of jobs sites, and contents cleaning. **We are willing to train and pay for education expenses for the right candidates** **Experience / IICRC Certification (water, fire, mold) is a plus** Requirements: -Able to work in several different climate and loss conditions -Able to work in small spaces (attic, crawl space, etc.) -Must be able to read/write/speak English -Be able to move 50+ lbs. in materials and equipment -Must participate in mandatory on call rotation (Nights and Weekends) Valid Drivers License -Be able to pass background check **Experience / IICRC Certification (water, fire, mold) is a plus**
