Description * Fabric structure assembly and disassembly * Unload and carry materials and supplies. * Use forklifts and man baskets to construct and breakdown structures. * Possess experience in the use of hand tools. * Possess proficiency in the operation of all-terrain scissor lifts, forklifts and man baskets. * Clean up debris from worksite and discarded materials. * Build, repair, and maintain walls, doors, and framework. * Hourly position when on the job. Qualifications * Excellent verbal & written skills * Ability to motivate & train new employees * Manage Employees & Jobsite * Ability to read and follow blue prints * Effectively meet deadlines & quality requirements. * High School diploma or GED. * Drivers license with minimal driving infractions. * Certified Welder ( preferred - not required) * Structural Steel experience 1 year * 2 years of Construction experience preferred * Must be able to clearly communicate with co-workers and owners. * Must be able get along well with others. This position is a road warrior and requires 90% travel. Requires ability to be able to tolerate noise and work in heat, cold, slippery, and wet conditions. Must be comfortable in elevated positions. Physical Requirements The ability to lift 50-100 pounds Ability to repeatedly work 10-12 hour days for extended periods of time. Equal opportunity employer.
