Looking for a retired jack of all trades for 5-10 hours a week of general maintenance and cleaning duties. Hours would be during morning hours Monday through Friday as needed. Duties would include but are not limited to: - General maintenance of property - Fixing things as needed - General Plumbing a plus - Basic carpentry - Light cleaning of property, (picking up light trash) keeping property clean - Changing smoke detector batteries, and air filters
