Regional Preservation company in need of crews to perform initial secures, property condition bids, maintenance and grass cuts on foreclosed properties, initial sales clean and maid refreshes. This also includes trash-outs, winterizations, de-winterizations, roof patching and inspections, damage reporting, tree trimming, mold treatment and lawn maintenance. You must have your own tools, trailer, equipment, etc. needed to complete work orders. You will be working on foreclosed homes, usually with no utilities, so a generator is imperative.
