Maintenance Person - Part-time Multifamily Apartment Complexes in Elk City, OK. We are seeking a Maintenance person for our locations in Elk City to help with repairs from damage caused by the recent weather. Our goal is to enhance the quality of our communities, in order to exceed our tenant's expectations. Responsibilities: Coordinate and report daily maintenance requirements and accomplishments with lead maintenance and the Property Manager. Must be able to pass criminal background check.
