Looking for candidate with great sheetrock and taping skills for immediate residential project. This is one time project, part time. We are using setting type mud, 90min, and paper tape. Skill is more important than speed to achieve level 4 and level 5 finish. 1/2" wall, 5/8" ceilings. Must have own tools, knives, stilts if you use them. Familiar with tear aways (rip beads) for sheetrock returns into window openings, bullnose corner beads, and j-caps, and reglets for flush baseboard below sheetrock edge. Rock wool insulation install required before sheetrock in garage ceiling. Garage walls getting foamboard with foam sealed edge.
