I live in a brownstone in Hoboken, I have been here a few months, and issues keep coming up that should of been handled before I moved in. The windows are leaking air, the heaters had a massive amount of dust and need a proper cleaning. I have done everything I can, there are air gaps underneath the heater, which is coming from the flooring. There is also, air coming underneath the molding (by the two windows) that are leaking air underneath the molding. I am tired of going back and forth, I need an outside opinion, the landlord is willing to pay, just need an estimate. There isn’t any heavy lifting, from what I see, and I believe it’s fixable. I can give better information, as people are reaching out, if you can fix this type of issues, and looking to make extra money, please let me know ASAP. The sooner the better. Once again. 4 windows to look at 4 heaters Air leaking underneath some molding by the windows Air underneath the heater also from the flooring, which isn’t every floorboard. But a few of them.
