Submit Application - Status: Full-time, Non - Exempt Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Location: Bensenville, IL (On-site) Responsibilities Assist the Shipping Supervisor in providing guidance and on-going training to all Shipping Associates and Coordinators. Prioritize, distribute, and monitor the work of the Associates and Coordinators to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly in a timely manner. Direct and monitor the flow/progress of packages from preparation to shipment. Identify and discuss mistakes with Associates to provide the opportunity for continuous improvement. Ensure all Shipping employees are following department and company policies and procedures. Assist the Supervisor in ensuring productivity targets are achieved smoothly and promptly. Motivate Shipping Associates / Coordinators and encourage teamwork, pride, and accountability. Assist the Shipping Supervisor in resolving any shipping fulfillment issues or customer complaints. Holds daily meetings with Associates at the beginning of the shift. Verify orders, and maintain appropriate supplies for the Shipping department. Generate and distributes hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Collaborate with internal and external departments on any shipping related issues and paperwork. Handles any necessary administrative tasks per supervisor’s direction. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience One year of warehouse lead experience One year of experience leading 25 + employees. Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office experience including knowledge of Excel, Pivot Table, and VLOOKUP. Have a desire for continuous improvement and growth Ability to work within a deadline under pressure ad handle interruptions. Experience with an inventory management system is preferred. Experience with an E-Commerce platform is preferred. Submit Application -
