JOB SUMMARY: Car Wash Attendant & Detailer are responsible for the professional, courteous, safe and efficient flow of customers through the automatic car wash. This position is typically the first contact with car wash customers and therefore must be friendly, professional and helpful to always make an outstanding first impression of the business. Responsible for the cleaning and auto detailing of completed jobs from the body shop, as well as scheduled detailing jobs. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and carry out simple to detailed instructions and short correspondence. • Ability to verbally communicate in a courteous, friendly, professional manner one-on-one or in small groups with customers and other co-workers. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. • Ability to handle money in order to make change and count out drawer. • Ability to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions and communications. • Ability to solve common business problems by using good judgment when addressing customer requests or concerns. • Ability to lift or move up to 50#. • Ability to stand for long periods, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. • High school diploma or equivalent required or currently enrolled.
