Due to our continued rapid growth in the Jacksonville area, Miracle Windows and Doors is seeking success-minded Field Marketing/Canvasser professionals. We are an award-winning home window replacement manufacturer serving the Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Palm Coast, and Daytona areas. 2020 was our biggest year ever. The Job: You will be scheduling appointments in person with homeowners for our Jacksonville Outside Sales Team. We are looking for Canvassers with: • Prior marketing or canvassing experience is preferred, but we will train you for success • Must have reliable transportation to and from work (Our Jacksonville, FL location) • Must have a cell phone (to call in appointments that generate your commissions) • Excellent customer service and communication skills We Offer: • $11 per hour to start • $500.00 New Hire Bonus - after successfully completing 90 day Probationary Period and both Classroom and Field Training • $1.00 per hourly pay increase - after successfully completing 90 day Probationary Period and Training both Classroom and Field Training • Hourly + Commissions paid every 1 week • Use of company vehicle during work hours • Company Apparel • Paid Training
