Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Contacting homeowners who gave us their name to contact them to set appointments for our outside sales team to demonstrate our product line • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our custom manufactured windows, doors - this is not a customer service type position. Requirements: • 2+ years of relevant experience in a call center / appointment setter position • Prior experience in making outbound calls is preferred • Positive, energetic, and engaging attitude • Excellent communication and phone skills Shift Times: Monday - Friday 11:15AM - 8:00PM and alternating Saturdays 9:00AM - 3:00PM.
