The Restoration Field Tech works as part of a first responder crew to determine and remove the clothing and textiles affected by fire, water, smoke and mold. This person works directly with our customers and is essential to building and providing a trusting relationship and smooth process throughout the claim. Benefits • Health Insurance • PTO • Paid Holidays • Cell phone Compensation • Base pay: $15.00 / hour o On-call bonus o Opportunities for overtime Responsibilities • Travel to various jobsites to pack and remove clothing and textiles to transport them back to our facility using company vehicles. • Work as a team when necessary to ensure scope of work is completed in a time efficient manner and all processes are followed. • Communicate clearly with customers, clients and the project management team. • Clean and maintain all equipment and supplies. • Ensure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performed. Requirements • The ability to consistently stand, bend, kneel, lift and carry up to 40 pounds. • Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record with no DUIs and be insurable under normal insurance rates. • Must pass background and drug screening. • Must be dependable and able to work scheduled or emergency night, weekend and overtime shifts with minimal notice as needed. • Ability to work independently. • Solutions-oriented, with exceptional customer service skills.
