The ideal candidate joining the Bold Construction team as a Field Technician is a reliable, diligent, and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Duties and responsibilities Perform a wide range of miscellaneous tasks involving physical labor at construction sites Assist with a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning job sites, transporting materials, and organizing Follow construction practices, procedures, and techniques in line with company core values and quality standards Manage time and resources effectively, multitasking and prioritizing to meet established goals and deadlines General grounds maintenance of commercial properties Qualifications Dependable, teachable, and hardworking Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Eager to consistently perform quality work and to show initiative Ability to listen well and follow written and verbal instructions Good physical stamina with ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks High school degree but no prior experience required Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and driver's license check We seek an individual who is interested in growing with our company; only applicants seeking long-term employment need apply.
