Scope of Work: Week 1 and 2: Outside plant work includes; trenching, hand digging, laying conduit, installing wall enclosures, etc. Week 3 - 10: Inside plant work, incudes; attic work, drywall cutouts, wire and conduit wall fishing, drilling, and mounting. Pay and expectations: Day 1-2: Pays $14 an hour: if you are asked to stay on you will get a raise on day 3. Day 3-30: Pays $16 30 days and beyond: Raises will be made from time-to-time based on performance. Note: Those who do not work hard and "smart" will be sent home immediately. * Must wear boots and work attire. Must look the part: i.e. look like a construction worker. i.e. No baggy pants, sweat pants, tennis shoes. * Must have a valid ID card and SS # * W9 work only (i.e. 1099) * Weekly pay by Check, PayPal, Zelle, and or other digital pay/transfers only.
