Exact Staff is currently hiring for full-time, temp-to-hire warehouse employees in Flower Mound, TX. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a 1st Shift (6 am -2:30 pm + Over Time is available) to fit your needs and schedule. Full-Time Work - 40+ hrs weekly Below are our positions, descriptions, and pay rates. All shift hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Monday – Friday). We are recruiting for all positions. • Orderly - $12.50 an hour- In this position, the associate will be cleaning the offices, bathrooms, and sweeping the warehouse and parking lot to keep it clean and ready for inspection in case of one. • CPU dismantler- $12.50 an hour- In this position, the associate will be using power drills and other hand tools to completely disassemble computer towers and separating the components into different areas. A construction background is good for this type of work. Very fast-paced and physical. • Dismantler - $12.50 an hour In this position, the associate will be using power drills and other hand tools to completely disassemble miscellaneous electronics like internet servers, electronic power supplies, lawn equipment, etc. Construction experience is right; this is the demolition type of work. • Sorter $12.50 an hour – In this position, the associate will be sorting through small consumer electronics getting them ready to be shredded. They will take out batteries, ink cartridges, paper, and anything that could be flammable while going through the shredder. Then they will palletize the electronics. • HDD shredder – $12.50 an hour - The associate will be putting hard drives into a shredder machine, making sure the machine is greased and oiled, this person will need to know to lock out tag out (20 hours shredding per week average) the other 20 hours will be directed by the supervisor of record depending on the individuals skill set, i.e., maintenance, material handler, warehouse orderly • AM Tech - $12.50 an hour - data entry of serial numbers form electronic devices into computer database – good typing skills required here Qualifications: • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check. • Have valid documentation that proves your eligibility to work in the United States
