We have two openings at our 284-Unit Apartment community in Bedford. Qualified applicants must be safety conscious and knowledgeable of general safety procedures. Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Positions require the following: Assistant Lead Maintenance * 3+ Years Apartment Maintenance experience; * HVAC experience; * Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance repair, Sheet Rock, Dry Wall & Painting experience; * Knowledge and experience with preventive maintenance; * Available for on-call service; * Quality tools required.
