Job Description Results Partners is in search of an ambitious, adaptable, and eager Project Foreman. We are a vineyard development and management company with headquarters in McMinnville, Oregon with offices in Medford, The Gorge and Walla Walla. The Project Foreman will work from our McMinnville office with the Vineyard Development Department that specializes in all aspects of vineyard infrastructure development, construction, and maintenance. This position will be responsible for organizing, performing, and overseeing diverse infrastructure development and maintenance related projects in accordance with client driven goals and objectives. Working closely with our farming team, this position will report directly to our Vineyard Development Manager. Core Responsibilities • Supervise crew of 1-4 individuals as needed. • Inspect and trouble-shoot mechanical systems. • Perform light carpentry as needed. • Operate excavation equipment as needed. • Meet with and schedule sub-contractors. • Purchase supplies and materials. • Assist with creating cost estimates and cost tracking. • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and fellow associates. • Participate in overall property management activities related to vineyard development. • Perform miscellaneous special projects. Qualifications and Requirements • Experienced in carpentry, light electrical, plumbing and excavation. • Strong Mechanical aptitude. • At least 1 year project management experience or related. • Spanish language skills highly valued. • Strong computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office software • Efficient and detail oriented, strong organizational skills. • Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk for long distances in challenging environmental conditions. • Ability to work a flexible schedule with additional hours during peak seasons, including weekends. • Ability to safely operate company owned vehicles and equipment. • Valid driver's license.
