Experienced handyperson or contractor needed

Description

I need some work done on my house including new siding installed and painted on the backside of my house and skylight repair and replacement on a small portion of my roof. I also need a new fence installed on one side of the property and may need some additional work done as well. The house has two floors so must be comfortable working on scaffolding. I am open to someone who can do all of the work or tackle some individual projects. Prefer someone who is licensed or has experience/references for work. Can pay cash for work performed and can have supplies delivered.
