The TigerWash Facilities Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of TigerWash equipment at all ten TigerWash locations. This person establishes and maintains relationships with customers, co-workers, and sales representatives to ensure wash operations are fully functioning. The ideal candidate is highly trustworthy; experienced at working independently with minimal supervision. Hours may vary and position will require travel using a company vehicle on weekdays, with some weekend work as needed. Apply by clicking here: Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Performs technical services at company TigerWash locations for installation, and/or servicing of products and equipment • Manages scheduled or emergency service at TigerWash locations • Troubleshoots and repairs machinery as needed, ensuring each location is fully operational • Provides reliable "Tiger Way" service both on site and over the phone for customers, managers and employees • Provides in-person employee training on systems, simple maintenance, and programming • Works with various departments to resolve technical issues: Retail, Information Technology, Accounting, etc. • Provides accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines for Expense Reports, Field Service Reports and Service Tickets • Operates in a safe manner in accordance with Tiger safety guidelines; Wears appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties • Consistently arrives at work on time, responds to management direction and seeks feedback to improve performance • Contributes to team effort by modeling a "Can-Do" attitude to accomplish company results and goals • Responsible for any other tasks and duties as assigned, which may or may not relate to the normal scope of this position Requirements Qualifications and Experience • High School Diploma/GED required with 3-5 years of hands-on installation, construction, or related field • Prior experience in the Electrical, Automotive, HVAC, or Welding is a plus; preference given to Technical School Graduates, Automotive Techs, Fabricators, and Installers • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in person and by phone • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once • Complex problem solving and conflict resolution skills • Ability to interact with others in a team environment that is focused on maintaining a high level of customer service • Proper coordination and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed • Clean driving record, background, and valid driver's license is required; Company vehicle provided • Daily road travel required Working Conditions & Physical Demands: TigerWash working conditions are comparable to a manufacturing & installation environment. Candidates must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air. This role requires heavy work and lifting greater than 30 pounds and ability to carry 50 lbs. for 100 feet unassisted.
