GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a team member to perform a wide range of maintenance duties for homeowners. This person needs to be a self starter and good at troubleshooting issues that come up. To be effective, you will be skilled in home repairs and be hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES This position will work on a variety of maintenance projects with tasks that change on a daily basis. Our maintenance tech will perform weekly inspections, do basic home repairs, oversee sub-contractors for more technical issues, and perform routine home care tasks. For more information:
