Press release from the City of Cheyenne: June 5, 2020 CHEYENNE – On Tuesday, June 9th, STC Construction will begin the mill and overlay of Kennedy Rd. from Central Avenue to 100 feet west of Carey Ave. This will require a full closure of Kennedy Rd. including access to Lions Park Dr. Detour routes will be posted.
