From the City of Cheyenne: December 11, 2019 CHEYENNE – Due to the holiday season, the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held on Monday, December 23rd will instead take place Thursday, December 19th at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building (2101 O'Neil Ave.).
