WHITEFISH BAY, WI—The annual Whitefish Bay event, The Great Pumpkin Festival, begins Wednesday and runs until October 31. The event is being held at Old School House Park, 5240 N Marlborough Drive. You can drive up to the pumpkin pick-up and drop-off location on North Idlewild Avenue near Old School House Park between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Take your pumpkin home to carve and bring it back to the drop-off. All pumpkins will be lit 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. nightly. Visitors can walk through the park to view the pumpkins and decorations. To provide a safe event for all, this year there will be no carving of pumpkins, no music, and no food and beverage on-site, according to organizers.
