WHITEFISH BAY, WI— In December 2019, the Milwaukee Winter Club, a non-profit youth hockey organization, and the Village of Whitefish Bay agreed to a partnership to provide a regulation sized ice rink at Cahill Park this winter. Construction has started on the project. The pad for the ice rink chiller was poured last month. Rink insulation is currently being installed. Target opening date is mid- to late-November, barring unforeseen delays like bad weather or problems for contractor.
