WHITEFISH BAY, WI—The Whitefish Bay Public Library will return to curbside and virtual services as of Thursday, November 19, following a Board of Trustees vote.
This is an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus in the community, Library Director, Nyama Reed, explained.
The library has expanded curbside pick-up hours and virtual services, as the return to virtual services unfolds. An appointment must be made for pick-up.
Starting November 25, the Shorewood library will not off any services inside the building either.
"Shorewood Public Library can no longer guarantee a safe environment inside the library for the public and our staff," according to the Village Manager memo.
