WAUKESHA, WI— A person's window and confederate flag were smeared with pasta salad on Monday. Waukesha Police were contacted by a caller who suspected a neighbor who has had past issues with the small confederate flag sticker, according to a police log. Police suggested that the woman display the flag inside and said she may be "inviting problems." The log noted that the woman has a First Amendment right to believe and display what she wants.
