TJC is looking to expand its growth by offering a full-time employment position to an individual hungry to grow in the Construction Management industry: Position: Pre-Title Technician Duties: • Construction sites located in Ewing and Voorhees, and future job site locations • Perform pre-settlement light construction work such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, earthwork • Perform and manage post-closing home warranty service such as light home repairs • Liaison with customers and support in scheduling service work • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects and home construction • Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables • Assist with building permits and invoicing • Administrative duties such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, drawing estimates • Assist in managing project safety rules and guidelines • Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner Requirements: • Must be able to interact fluently with customers, municipal officials, and contractors • Construction trade experience • Post-high school degree or classes, trade certificate, or construction related experience • Must have own vehicle & cell phone • Travel to various construction sites • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds • Must be able to work early or late hours, as needed • Typical work schedule is M-F and/or Saturdays, as needed ** PLEASE E-MAIL RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION **
