Description
NEW BERLIN, WI—The City of New Berlin is asking residents not to come into City Hall to make payments due to the pandemic. Instead, to help protect the staff and residents, residents should consider mailing payment or using the drive-up payment drop box located in the lower level City Hall parking lot right across the flashing digital sign.
The secure drop box is available 24/7. Payments in the drop box are collected and marked received by 8 a.m. the next business day and processed as soon as possible. Payment stubs should be enclosed with payments and residents should not put cash into the drop box, the city said.
A receipt will be mailed if residents enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. Residents can write their email address on the payment stub to receive an emailed receipt.
