From the City of Green Bay: Posted March 17, 2020 City Hall Closed to In-person Visits from The Public, until Further Notice (Green Bay, WI) Mayor Eric Genrich makes the safety of all community members his paramount concern. In his efforts to protect the public, he will close City Hall, 100 North Jefferson, Green Bay, WI, to in-person visits from public, beginning March 17, 2020 at 4:30 pm. Members of the public will be able to access services either by phone or via the internet. Below is an outline of the services provided, and the City will post a more detailed explanation of services, with contact information, on its website (www.greenbaywi.gov) by tomorrow morning, March 18, 2020. The City will place drop-boxes outside City Hall, by the north Jefferson Street Door, for the following departments: Community & Economic Development, Public Works, Human Resources, Parks, Clerks, and General. Green Bay Water Utility, located at 631 S. Adams, is still accessible to the public. There is protective glass for both community members and employees. They are accepting bill payments either by U.S. mail, in the lobby, through their drive-thru window, or on-line at https://billing.gbwater.org/ecare/login.asp. Green Bay Police Department, located at 307 S. Adams, is still accessible to the public; they also have protective glass for both community members and employees. The forestry department maintains public trees.
