FRANKLIN, WI—As the General and Presidential Election draws closer, there are some election details you need to know. The election will be held on November 3, 2020 at the following polling place locations for the wards indicated: Franklin City Hall, 9229 W. Loomis Rd., Wards 1, 2, 3Franklin Law Enforcement Center, 9455 W. Loomis Rd., Wards 4, 5, 6, 7Polish Center of Wisconsin, 6941 S. 68 St., Wards 8, 9, 10, 11Milw. County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Rd., Wards 12, 13, 14, 15A, 15BMilw. County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Rd., Wards 16, 17, 18, 19St. Martin of Tours Church, 7963 S. 116 St., Wards 20, 21, 22A, 22B, 23 All polling places will open at 7:00 a.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m. All polling places are accessible to elderly and disabled voters. Voters already registered in the City of Franklin are also encouraged to contact the City Clerk's Office if your name has changed or you have moved within Franklin since you last voted in Franklin. In-Person Absentee Voting is underway now. From October 20 through October 30, weekdays only, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. you can vote at Franklin City Hall Absentee By-Mail Deadlines: October 29, 2020 at 5 p.m. - The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail for regular (not military and not indefinitely confined) and overseas voters.October 30, 2020 at 5 p.m. - The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail for indefinitely confined voters and military voters (not on active duty).
