Hi everyone.  I live in Appleton, and I install and train people with hearing loss about the CaptionCall telephone.  The phone and the service is at no cost.  I travel within 100 miles of Appleton installing these telephones for those who qualify.  Send me a message if you or someone you know can use this no cost phone! CaptionCall provides captioned telephones to those who have hearing loss and have difficulty hearing on the telephone. It is available for iPhones and Androids as well. No internet is needed. I have openings on my calendar next week. To qualify: you must haveHearing loss; andNeed for captioning service to use the phone.  The CaptionCall service is supported through the federal government’s Interstate Telecommunications Relay Service fund. CaptionCall service is supported through the federal government’s Interstate Telecommunications Relay Service fund. This fund is established to fulfill the mandate of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide functionally-equivalent communications to people with hearing loss. The CaptionCall service uses communication assistants who convert the calling party’s spoken words into captioned text.
