Future general managers wanted.
We are currently a small, local landscaping company with serious growth planned over the next few years.
Our main services include weekly mowing, property cleanups, pruning services, weed removal, mulch, sod installations, and more.
We are looking for the right candidates to be the future general managers in the company. From day one, daily bonuses, profit sharing, paid time off, and other benefits will be some of the perks associated with this position. These candidates will also have the option of buying out this location or starting their own location with up front fees paid for by us.
No experience necessary.
We can train the skills but we can’t train the character.
The right candidates must be willing to work hard on themselves, in the company and willing to learn and grow.
This person will start in the field, then progress to the estimator role, then reach the general manager position.
The timeline of this transition will highly depend on the individual and their efforts.

2.) That every team member that works here leaves better than when they showed up.
