Deputies Search For Car Theft Suspect

TACOMA, WA — The Pierce County Sheriff's Department and Pierce Transit Police are hoping someone will recognize a man who stole a car from the Tacoma Dome Station over the weekend. According to deputies, at around 5 a.m. Saturday the suspect walked into the lot at Pierce Transit's Tacoma Dome Station, and stole a black Honda Civic. The car was later found abandoned near the intersection of East C Street and East 25th in Tacoma. Deputies have released several stills from security footage in the hopes that someone might recognize the suspect.
