SEATTLE — The State Route 99 tunnel will be closed in both directions overnight Thursday. In a Tweet, the Washington State Department of Transportation said the roadway will close at 9 p.m. for regular maintenance. The tunnel is scheduled to reopen at 4 a.m. Friday.
