RENTON, WA — Construction and utility projects will impact travel on a few Renton roads this week, according to city officials. All planned work is weather-permitting, and just one road will require a full closure

South 14th Street Monday - SundayRoad Closure on South 14th Street between Smithers Avenue S through Davis Avenue S for utility construction. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Justin Johnson, 425-902-7102.
Talbot Road SouthMonday - FridaySouthbound lane shift into the center two-way left turn lane on Talbot Road South at 4827 Talbot Road South due to utility construction. Garden Avenue North/North 6th StreetTuesday - ThursdayStreet maintenance crews will be conducting asphalt repairs in North Renton along Garden Avenue North at North 6th Street. Expect intermittent lane transitions and closures in all directions traveling through this intersection between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Lake Washington Boulevard/NE 44th StreetWednesday - Friday, nightly 10:30 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.The southbound off-ramp from I-405 to Lake Washington Boulevard/Northeast 44th Street will be closed to support the WSDOT I-405 Renton to Bellevue Widening and Express Toll Lanes Project.
