What You'll Be Doing You'll be the face of Solar On Earth, helping people discover savings from local solar farms. In addition to educating local families and individuals on Community Solar, you'll enroll them in available programs. As a member of the Sales team, you’ll be responsible for meeting sales goals within your territory, delivering on our customers’ expectations for great customer service, a passion for solar, and a desire to help people connect with green energy initiatives. In addition to meeting your sales goals, you will also maintain customer information in our CRM system, develop and implement new approaches to Community Solar Sales and serve as an active participant in business meetings. We offer a base salary plus commission, with the potential to make upwards of $125k+ in your first year. Commission is uncapped, which means that you determine how much you want to make. Responsibilities Educate customers on Community Solar Direct sales to individuals and families Enter and maintain customer information within our database Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Provide valuable strategies and information to improve sales and customer satisfaction Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience 2+ years of experience in a position requiring at least 75% travel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly intelligent, problem-solving mindset Competitive, money-driven personality Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to travel 100% of the time, as this position is on-the-road Are you ready to join the best Solar Energy company on the East Coast?
