Description
Need experienced maintenance person to help flip apartment units. Will need to be able to do drywall work, paint, light plumbing, and light electrical.
Will have to fill out W9 tax form.
Please send a resume or description of experience, and some pictures of previous work.
We do not pay up front, only when the unit is completed. Have multiple units in need of renovating.
