Description
REDMOND, WA — Redmond city officials are asking the public's feedback on a series of 12 design principles for how new developments downtown, Overlake, and along specific main roads in Redmond should look.
"Take this brief questionnaire to help prioritize the 12 design principles that will guide the City in creating Redmond's future vision," city officials said via its recent newsletter.
For each of the 12 design principles, residents will be shown a series of images that indicate the principle the city is considering, such as small commercial units and active-use public space.
Residents will be asked to rank these elements as a higher or lower priority for use in Redmond.
The outcome of the feedback will help residents create policy guidelines for all new developments that the community believes should be prioritized.
Residents can see the results of the Redmond 2050 Phase 1 and Phase 2 community feedback or learn more about the project at Redmond.gov/Redmond2050.
