Job Description CONTOURS LANDSCAPE SOLUTION, a growing commercial landscape company, is employing landscape maintenance Foreman to service properties throughout Lake and surrounding counties. This position is expected to meet goals and deadlines, Manage crew personnel professionally and efficiently, Complete daily work with quality and Communicate with clients and management clearly. We are looking for Professionals. Position is hourly (Monday-Friday) with compensation based upon experience (Starting @ $18.00 per hour). ($200.00 NEW HIRE INCENTIVE BONUS AFTER 60 DAYS OF CONSISTENT EMPLOYMENT ) Duration: • Position is hourly (Monday-Friday) and weekends if needed with compensation based upon experience • Company Drug Screening required prior to employment. Experience & Qualifications: • Applicant MUST HAVE 5+ Years Landscape Foreman Experience and be 23 years or older. • Possess a clean drivers license. • Experience managing 3-6 crew members • Ability to properly and safely operate Truck with Trailer • Ability to properly use grounds maintenance equipment such as, ZTR and walk behind mower, Stick edgers, String Trimmers, Back Pack Blowers, etc. • Supervise and train crew members on all aspects of grounds maintenance services and equipment • Ability to complete proper industry standards for general landscape maintenance practices such as Mowing, Pruning & Shearing Shrubs, Weed Control, Planting, etc. • Ability to identify deficiencies on assigned job sites such as poor plant performance, Irrigation quality, Fertility and Disease identification or other poor quality job site appearances and report to immediate supervisor. • Ability to lift 75lbs or more and walk, move, lift regularly throughout the day. • Schedule and monitor daily work loads to meet service hours and man power. • Strong ability to communicate job site information to immediate supervisor. • Plan, coordinate, and collect assigned crew equipment and materials daily • Perform and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings • Record and submit daily time sheets for crew • Responsible and enforce proper equipment use and maintenance, as well as daily cleanliness.
